1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Request made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original certification (if provided) must be returned
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or specially cut gemstones
- Wholesale bulk orders
- Items damaged after delivery
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refund will be issued via original payment method
4. Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using insured and trackable shipping
5. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive:
- Wrong item
- Damaged product
Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
