1. Returns Eligibility

• Wholesale bulk orders
• Items damaged after delivery

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Refund will be issued via original payment method

4. Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
